How We Spent Our Winter Vacation

We had a great Christmas Vacation 2015.  Ginger joined us for fun in the sun and an unseasonably hot time on the Gulf Coast of Florida.  A good time was had by all. Dec. 22 - We toured the Florida Botanical Gardens and enjoyed the lights The Gardens were colorful and beautiful.  We strolled around and also sopped and enjoyed some of the live entertainment.  It was a beautiful evening.

Did We Really Just Move to Florida?

We've talked about wanting to be in Florida for a long time. Now we are here. We know that God orders our steps and this step was a big one for us. There were other extenuating things as well but we left there thinking "maybe some day". And we still think that way especially as Lloyd's respiratory system troubles him every winter.  Then again, maybe not.  Once again, I digress... We had a great visit with family that year. Lloyd's son and his wife came out for dinner with us. Another evening we had a fabulous time with my cousin and her husband. I hadn't seen her in over ten years. This ornament is a remembrance tha...
